The description of the situation below is accurate. It is NOT a hoax. On the article I read, there pictures of the dog. Be glad they didn't copy when I copied it to this email. Please sign the petition which can be accessed at the link below. What they are calling "art" is actually the torture and death of a dog. If the link won't open, please copy it into a browser window. And then forward this to everyone you know!

This is a serious matter! I know it is hard to look at but that is the reality of this situation. In 2007, the 'artist' Guillermo Vargas Habacuc took a dog from the street, tied him to a rope in an art gallery, and starved him to death. For several days, the 'artist' and the visitors of the exhibition have watched emotionless the
shameful 'masterpiece' based on the dog's agony, until eventually he died.

PLEASE HELP STOP THIS!!!!!!!!

THE ARTIST WAS INVITED BACK!!!! TO DO ANOTHER "SHOW OF HIS MASTERPIECE"

But this is not all... the prestigious Visual Arts Biennial of the Central American decided that the 'installation' was actually art, so that Guillermo
Vargas Habacuc has been invited to repeat his cruel action for the biennial of 2008 .

It takes a second to help put a stop to animal abuse.

PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION TO STOP THIS CRUEL HEARTLESS ABUSE!
